Pasta -sun dried tomato, olive, red onion & parsley
Rice -capsicum, nuts, seeds, craisons, curry/mayo dressing
Beetroot -wild rice, lentil, pistachio, herbs & salad leaves
Potato & egg -celery & spring onion
Coleslaw -cabbage, carrot & snow pea
Broccoli -craisins, almonds, red onion, creamy dressing
Cauliflower -pumpkin, spicy chickpeas, cumin, spinach
Legume -chickpea, lentil, radish & cucumber
Orzo pasta -sweet corn, grilled zucchini, parmesan, hazelnut & Italian parsley
Roasted root vegetables -pesto dressing (can be served hot on the hot menu option).
