EDIBLE FLORAL CONFETTI FOR ALL OF YOUR CULINARY CREATIONS.

 

Sprinkle over salads, glow bowls, desserts, dips, your morning muesli or whatever your imagination desires.

 

Below is our fried banana on toast with a colourful sprinkle. 

 

The petals are also great sprinkled in a bath with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. It makes a visually beautiful experience + the coconut oil leaves your skin feeling smooth. 

 

Did you receive yellow petals in your goodie bag? Then you received dried calendula. 

With its citrus undertones, we suggest pairing with orange & ginger desserts. Or it makes a great refreshing tea. 

 

Did you receive blue petals in your goodie bag? Then you received dried cornflower.

This petal is versatile due to its delightfully mellow flavour. You can add to rice dishes, rich desserts or Sunday pancakes.

A colourful blend ideal for making sweet or savoury dishes pop, with its vibrant hues. 

 

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

YOU ALSO RECEIVED OUR MARBLED CHOCOLATE BARK.

We have marbled with Misty day plant potions mostly because it's a natural food colour but it also adds adaptogens into the chocolate, making it a tiny bit healthier for you ;) 

To Make your own:

Line a baking tray/small container or loaf tin with baking paper. 

Melt 50-200g of chocolate using a double boiler. Depending on how big you want the batch to be.

Separate into two bowls, adding 1/4 of the chocolate in one. 

Add food colouring or 1 tsp of Misty Day tonic of choice into the 1/4 bowl. Mix well until combined.

Pour the 3/4 chocolate onto the lined baking tray/container. Shake/tap gently to even & settle the chocolate.

Gentilly drop the coloured mix onto the chocolate. I make 3-5 vertical lines, alternating normal chocolate then coloured chocolate (see our story on Instagram). Then run a fork or skewer in the opposite direction making wavy lines. Be careful to not over mix as you don't want to blend the colours.

Sprinkle the dried floral confetti from your goodie bag over evenly. You can also add chopped nuts, chia seeds or freeze-dried fruits. 

Place in the fridge & leave to set for 1 hour minimum. 

Using a shape knife break into rough pieces. 

Store in an airtight container (that's if you don't eat it all).
